A 52-year-old man who failed to signal for a turn is dead after a two-car crash. The Tennessee Highway Patrol said the victim, from Hawkins County, failed to yield the right of way, which caused the crash. He was headed south when a truck driving north struck his vehicle. The 33-year-old driver of the truck was taken to hospital and treated for injuries.
